A1: Samples or dimension pictures are provided for quality test with short days ( around one week).

A2: Free samples are provided,you just to need take care of the freight by below three ways.

- Paying the freight to us by bank transfer.

Q3: How about your delivery time of ground post?
A3: Normally it will take 15-45 days after receiving your deposit. If you have special requirement on delivery time, please let us know.

Q5:What should we do if goods are received with some quality problems?
A5:All the goods of ground posts have been inspected during the assembling and packaging, the chance to get defective slide is very rare. If there are some quality problems, such as surface treatment problems, damage problems, plz kindly take some photos and prove to us, also plz show us the carton image to locate the quality supervisor. After we verify the problem, we will give refund or resend the goods.
